30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at nicousa111@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
