Thank you for choosing MYOUT. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and important information regarding the delivery of your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Because we work with carefully selected suppliers worldwide to bring you the best products at the best prices, delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada / Europe / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Latin America / Asia / Middle East: 12–25 business days
  • Africa / Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Customs, weather, peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday), and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MYOUT is not responsible for any customs, import duties, VAT, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. This is normal and you will not be charged extra.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MYOUT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier first.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times — therefore we cannot guarantee address changes after the order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at nicousa111@proton.me with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping Restrictions

Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. If you are unsure whether an item can be shipped to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
